The work includes but is not limited to:

Complete demolition and reconstruction of six sets of restrooms (one men’s and one women’s restroom per set) on the secure side of the terminal. Demolition includes removal of all items down to the substructure level. Reconstruction includes adjustment of plumbing to meet current ADA requirements, new gypsum board and tile, new terrazzo floors, new pan ceilings, and new lighting and plumbing fixtures throughout.
