he project consists of recladding and reroofing an existing pre-engineered metal building, including the installation of new preformed metal wall and roofing panels, new insulation with interior scrim for the walls and roof, adjusted penetration locations with a new penetration trim package, and the replacement of hollow metal doors. The scope also includes the installation of new concrete curbing and base trim, full replacement of all perimeter metal components such as gutters, downspouts, and rake flashing on a like-for-like basis.
