RFQQ DCYF-20-02 PREA Auditing Services

The State of Washington, Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) intends to issue a Request for Qualifications and Quotations (RFQQ) to solicit proposals from qualified Contractor(s) for the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) to provide PREA auditing services for all DCYF juvenile institutions and community facilities located throughout Washington State to ensure they are compliant with the PREA National Standards to Prevent, Detect, and Respond to Prison Rape.

Potential bidders must demonstrate how they meet the minimum qualifications as part of their response in Attachment C, Bidder Administrative Response Form.

All Bidders must meet the following minimum qualification:

U.S. Department of Justice certified PREA auditor for Juvenile Facilities.

The RFQQ will be issued on or about July 18, 2019 and responses will be due on or about August 13, 2019.  On the date indicated, DCYF shall post this Solicitation, and all amendments and announcements relating to this Solicitation, on Washington’s Electronic Business Solutions (WEBS).  WEBS can be accessed at: https://fortress.wa.gov/ga/webs/.

All Bidders must register as a vendor on WEBS, using an appropriate commodities code listed on the front page of this Solicitation, and must download this Solicitation from WEBS. This should be done as soon as possible in order for Bidder to receive notifications automatically generated on WEBS, but no later than the date set forth on Section C.1., Solicitation Schedule for Announcement of the Apparent Successful Bidder(s).
