PORT ANGELES COMPOSITE/CITY OF PORT ANGELES TRANSMISSION INTERTIE PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING

The Public Utility District No. 1 of Clallam County (the District) is requesting the submittal of Statements of Qualifications from consulting firms to provide surveying, geotechnical consultation, engineered design, permitting, environmental and cultural resources assessment for the Port Angeles Composite/City of Port Angeles Transmission Intertie Project. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (Small, Minority- and Women-Owned Businesses) are encouraged to submit qualifications. This pre-construction effort is funded by a Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) loan through the Washington State Department of Health (DOH).

The Request for Qualifications can be viewed and downloaded for free on our website, https://www.clallampud.net/about-us/rfps-bids/. Please contact the Contracts Coordinator by e-mail contracts@clallampud.net, to be registered for all communications on the RFQ.

All inquiries pertaining to the Request for Qualification shall be directed to the project manager Bowen Kendrick, at 360-565-3459 or by e-mail bkendrick@clallampud.net. To ensure all prospective respondents equally understand any clarifications made on the RFQ, all replies to all questions will be sent via blind copy to all registered parties.

Proposals must be submitted by: October 1, 2025, no later than 12:00 p.m., Pacific Time.
