The Port is planning to use a GC/CM for the capital improvement project to extend the utility of SEA’s primary fire station. The scope of work includes: updating mechanical systems and electrical systems, replacing existing kitchen range, renovating existing dormitory, updating communication infrastructure, while maintaining current 24/7 Fire Department operations.
