REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

   Professional Architectural, Engineering Services & Personal Service Consultants

On Call Roster

In conformance with the requirements of RCW 39.26 & RCW 39.80, the City of Battle Ground requests the submittal of Statement of Qualifications from qualified individuals or firms for the provision of professional architectural, surveying, engineering services, and personal services for projects that may arise at the City during the July 2019/2020 calendar year.  The City is interested in receiving Statement of Qualifications for future project needs pertaining to aerial photography and mapping, architectural services, capital facilities planning, civil engineering, construction management, inspection and materials testing, electrical engineering, environmental engineering, environmental planning and permitting, geographic information systems, geologic surveying and engineering, geotechnical engineering/testing, hydrogeology, land surveying, landscape architectural services, land use planning, mechanical engineering, project management, public involvement and education, real estate appraisal, right-of-way consultation, structural engineering, transportation engineering and transportation planning.

Statement of Qualifications will be received at the City of Battle Ground City Hall up to the hour of 5:00 pm, Pacific Local Time, August 16, 2019.

All interested parties shall submit two (2) bound copies and one (1) unbound copy of their Statement of Qualifications. Interested parties shall also complete as part of their submittal, a Supplemental Questionnaire which is available on our City website’s engineering page entitled Statement of Qualifications Supplemental Questionnaire

All Statement of Qualifications shall be mailed or delivered to the attention of Joan Hall, City of Battle Ground, Public Works Department, 109 SW 1^st Street, Suite 122, Battle Ground, Washington 98604.

Questions pertaining to the format and content of the Statement of Qualifications will not be answered. Questions pertaining to submittal requirements, the submittal deadline and general information about the City of Battle Ground will be answered.

The City of Battle Ground encourages disadvantaged, minority, and women-owned consultant firms to respond. Consultants will be held to federal EEO requirements for any project containing federal funds. Consultants will also be held to the ADA and Civil Rights requirements for the City of Battle Ground.

The City of Battle Ground, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, Part 21, Nondiscrimination in Federally-assisted programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises as defined at 49 CFR Part 26 will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award.
