Project Summary: Spokane Transit Authority 1230 W. Boone Avenue, Spokane, WA 99201 This public works project consists of repairs and improvements to an approximately 400+sf office space in STA’s Fixed Route Operations facility. The work includes removing an existing glazing system and installing a new metal roof, constructing a new wall with windows, repairs to three other walls, installation of new carpeting, as well as improvements/additions to the electrical, communications, mechanical, and fire protection systems.

Bidders may obtain electronic copies of plans and specifications from the Project Manager. Plans and specifications may be viewed at several local and regional plan centers.
State of Washington prevailing wage rates are applicable for this public works project located in Spokane County. Bidders are responsible to verify and use the most recent prevailing wage rates. The “Effective Date” for this project is the bid due date above.
No Bidder may withdraw their bid after the bid due date and time unless contract award is delayed for a period exceeding ninety (90) days.
The Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in the solicitation process.
