The Washington State Department of Labor & Industries (hereafter called L&I or the Department) is initiating this solicitation to obtain an objective vendor to assess Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) benefits and policies with a focus on workers’ compensation.

L&I is committed to preventing disability and promoting return to work. With an increase is presumption claims and assoicated costs, L&I is seeking improvments and potential solutions for claims management, adjudication, treatment and claim resolution challenges as well as increase awareness of relevant best practices.
