Project Description:  The Owner wishes to contract services to construct the new Public Safety Center. The Project includes a single-story building of approximately 13,800 sq. ft that will house Fire District crew, staff and fire apparatus. In addition, the project will provide offices for administrative staff and an EOC/Training space that will double as a public conference room. The project also includes the development of the approximately 1.25 acres which will involve site preparation, new gravel, concrete and asphalt paving, construction of on-site utilities, and associated landscaping.
