In accordance with RCW 39.04.190, Public Utility District No. 1 of Kitsap County (KPUD) does hereby solicit requests from vendors to be placed on KPUD’s Vendor List. Vendors whose names appear on the Vendor List will be contacted from time to time to submit proposals for purchases that typically range from $30,000 to $120,000 pursuant to RCW 54.04.082 for which KPUD is not required to perform a competitive bid process. KPUD will use the Vendor List to procure materials, equipment, and supplies for its water utility, wastewater utility, and fiber optic telecommunications operations. The items purchased may vary, but generally include items such as ductile iron pipe valves, fittings, and other water utility appurtenances, fiber optic cable, conduit, fiber optic cabinets, and telecommunications infrastructure related materials and equipment.
