REQUEST FOR BIDS: Public Works EW-C6619 Palouse to Cascades State Park Trail – Kittitas Depot Historic Preservation.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project rehabilitates the 1909 Kittitas Depot with foundation work, roof replacement, window and door repairs, new ADA restrooms, updated MEP systems, insulation, painting, and site improvements.

ESTIMATED VALUE: $1,185,000.00 - $1,350,000.00

EXPECTED TIME PERIOD FOR CONTRACT: All work for this project must be completed by June 30, 2025, and billing received by the Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission by 5:00 P.M., July 12, 2025.

PRE-BID PROJECT SITE TOUR: 11:00 AM on Wednesday, December 18, 2024. Meet at the Project site.
