REQUEST FOR BIDS: Public Works EW-C6702 Sun Lakes State Park – Sewer Lift Station Replacement
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project includes constructing a complete, new sewer lift station with submersible pumps including dewatering systems for excavation; installing an engine generator and propane storage tank; demolishing the existing below-grade sewer lift station; modifications to the existing buried wetwell structure; and site restoration.
ESTIMATED VALUE: $599,000.00 - $677,000.00
EXPECTED TIME PERIOD FOR CONTRACT: Bidder will agree to complete project (including accepted alternates) in accordance with drawings and specifications within 90 calendar days from the date provided on the Notice to Proceed letter.
PRE-BID PROJECT SITE TOUR: 10:00 AM on Tuesday, October 15, 2024. Meet at the project location.
