The Puget Sound Clean Air Agency (the Agency) is soliciting responses from experienced individuals or organizations that are qualified and willing to develop and conduct community engagement with the Agency as it prepares its next strategic plan. The scope of this works includes developing an effective, equity-centered engagement plan, conducting community engagement, and also supporting elements of strategic plan development with Agency staff.
