Puget Sound Salmon Monitoring Inventory Development

The purpose of this solicitation is to hire one or more vendors to develop a categorized inventory of regional-scale salmon recovery monitoring information for one or more of these four monitoring topic categories:
Category 1 - Implementation of recovery actions
Category 2 - Effectiveness of recovery actions
Category 3 - Status and trends of Viable Salmon Population (VSP) parameters
Category 4 - Status and trends of salmon habitats
These inventories will form the basis for an online Puget Sound salmon monitoring framework in alignment with the monitoring and adaptive management needs expressed in the regional chapter update to the Salmon Recovery Plan. Development of the inventories will include gathering links and references to relevant datasets and reports, engaging with Partnership staff and the Puget Sound Ecosystem Monitoring Program (PSEMP) community to review and gather content, developing a structure to organize the content, and producing a final report with a summary and recommendations. The final inventories will be compiled in an online hub that the Partnership is developing, in a format similar to the Action Agenda Explorer.
