This project consists of the improvement of Main Street between Grand Avenue and Spring Street,
including water/sewer/storm mains, full road & sidewalk reconstruction, signal work, landscaping, and
street furniture.

We are inviting and encourage all  minority-, women-, and veteran-owned businesses to submit bids to Western.
