The work includes pavement replacement, mill and overlay, utility installation and adjustments, roadway and track drainage, waterline improvements, curb and sidewalk replacement, curb ramps, traffic signals, pedestrian push-button assemblies, signing, striping, illumination, landscaping, platform and urban design features, and other related work.

The project has a DBE goal of 8.3% and Apprenticeship goal of15%.  Walsh Construction Company II, LLC intends to negotiate with all certified DBE and WBE firms to encourage project participation, including consideration of quotes for any item of work, portion of an item, or combination thereof.
