Quote Request-Website Design

The Skokomish Indian Tribe's Health Department is requested quotes/proposals from individuals or firms with experience designing and hosting websites.

The Health Department provides a variety of services for Skokomish tribal and community members.  We are located in a rural county in Washington State.  We operate and manage primary care, behavioral health and dental clinics and offer a variety of support services and programs.  We have between 30 and 40 employees.

Our ideal website will include; home, about, primary care, behavioral health, dental, Indian Child Welfare, Tribal Victim Services, Community Health Services, Skokomish Health and Wellness Program, Special Diabetes for Indians Program, other services and resources, administrative, benefits and billing, Referred Care, community training and events and contact pages as well as others as suggested by the website designer.  It will stream our Facebook, Instagram and other social media feeds. It must be easy for designated staff to update and maintain. Our goal is to have the website live and functioning by no later than October 31, 2025.

Quote/Proposal:

For consideration submit a quote or proposal that includes the following information.  Note that hosting services are to be included as well as securing a domain name (if needed). Additional information and previous client website can be included. Proposed costs not to exceed $12,000 including first year hosting and/or maintenance costs (if applicable) and securing a domain name. 

1. Primary contact name, title, phone number and email.

2. Company name (if applicable).

3. Individual/firm's experience with client references and example work product.

4. Cost proposal broken down by design, hosting, domain name and other components as appropriate and applicable to the project including design, first year hosting, first year maintenance (if applicable), domain name and others as needed to provide a transparent detail of cost.

5. List of deliverables and timeline.

6. Detail any experience working with or for Indian Tribes

Submission:

Email quote/proposal to dlaclair@skokwellness.gov on or before May 28, 2025 at 5:00pm.

Presentations:

The Department's Admin Team will review the quotes/proposals received.  Team members may contact the submitter with questions as needed. 

            We will request conference/video calls with submitters whose quote/proposal is deemed of interest and in alignment with our shared needs.  These will be scheduled the week of June 2-6, 2025. We will notify the apparent successful submitter of our intention to proceed with contracting by June 13, 2025 and will work with the designated primary contact to finalize the scope-of-work, deliverables, timeline, budget and invoicing/payment process.

Contract:

The successful submitter will be required to enter into a Skokomish Goods and Services contract.
