Rainier Beach High School Subcontractor Bidding Schedule

Bid Package 11 – Structures Due 08/16/22 @ 10:00AM

In accordance with RCW 39.10.380, Contractor (General Contractor/ Construction Manager) is
requesting sealed proposals from contractors for the above referenced scopes of work. The project is to
complete the Rainier Beach High School Replacement.

Bids will be accepted prior to the dates and times listed above for each bid package, at the offices
Seattle Public Schools 2445 3rd Ave. South, Seattle, WA 98134. Proposals received after the time noted
above will not be considered. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The GC/CM and Owner
reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities on the bids
received.

Per RCW 39.10.390, bidders are notified that the GC/CM intends to bid for this scope of work. The Bid
submittal and bid opening will be managed by Seattle Public Schools.

A pre-bid meeting for bidders will be held July 28, 2022 at 10:00 AM at the jobsite (see address above).
Meeting attendees shall meet at the construction entrance at the east end of the existing football field.
A pre-bid site walk-through will also be held immediately following the pre-bid meeting. All bidders and
interested parties are strongly recommended to attend the meeting.

Deadline for questions is August 2, 2022 @ 3:00PM. Final Addendum will be issued no later than August
4, 2022. Questions should be directed to pmcglothlin@lydig.com.
