Re-Bid WSU Spokane South Campus Parking Lot Expansion

Sealed bids are being requested by the Board of Regents of Washington State University, for the above referenced project.

Project Scope:

The Re-Bid WSU Spokane South Campus Parking Lot Expansion Project will modify the access point into the Green 5 Parking Lot. The base bid will include
approximately 4,680 SF of asphalt paving associated with the access point to 
N. Sherman Street. The project will also include traffic control, associated demolition, storm drainage, and landscaping improvements.  Contract Time shall be 30 Days from Notice to Proceed to Substantial Completion. Proposals MUST BE based on this Contract Time.

Project Physical address: E Spokane Falls Boulevard, Spokane, WA 99202.

Bid Estimate:  $125,000.00 to $225,000.00
