Proposals will be received until 1:00 PM EST on June 18, 2019 at E&I Cooperative Services, Inc., Contracts Department, 2 Jericho Plaza Suite 309, Jericho, New York 11753-1671. 

The right is reserved to reject any and all proposals or to waive any specification or requirement determined to be in the best interest of the E&I membership.
