Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received for the Reed and Stafford Elementary Schoolyard Improvements project. Base Bids and Alternate Bids will be received on Form of Bid until 2:00PM on December 20,2022 via the Bonfire portal, online and held. Bids will be reviewed, verified, read out loud by the Tacoma Public Schools Purchasing Department and results will be posted on the Bonfire Portal. The base bid and alternates estimated construction cost range is: $950,000.00 - $1,275,000.00.Note. Playground equipment from NW Playground Equipment Inc. and site furnishings from Columbia Cascade will be supplied by owner and installed by contractor. The purchase of this equipment is not to be included in the bid.
