This project will be delivered using the Building Engineering Systems (BES) process, in accordance with RCW 39.04.290, which replace two self-contained, skid boiler packages with like for like function, providing hot water to the north and south Quick Turn Around (QTA) offices buildings. A degree of weatherization to be added to protect equipment from the weather. The new boiler skid is intended to fit within the existing equipment footprint and reuse the utility connections.
