Project consists of upgrade of interior finishes to include floor finishes, casework, ceilings and addition of break room, secure file room, front reception area and conference rooms, to include Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing additions as required for the City of Renton, Washington, all as shown and described on the Contract Documents prepared by MacKenzie Inc., dated, January 3, 2023.
