Project Description:   The Work includes, but is not limited to: Tenant improvements to the existing Student Store (approximately 540 square feet) including, but not limited to, selective demolition, interior finishes, doors, hardware, fire-rated coiling counter doors, casework, and modifications to plumbing, lighting, HVAC, and low voltage systems as required to accomplish the Work.
