Skanska USA Building Inc.

Pursuant to RCW 39.10.385, a public hearing was held by Skanska USA Building, Inc. (Skanska) and Renton School District (Owner) regarding the intent to utilize the alternative subcontractor selection process for the Renton High School Replacement Project. The Owner and Skanska have determined that this project meets the criteria established in RCW 39.10.385 for use of the EC/CM and MC/CM process.

Skanska is requesting qualifications for the EC/CM and MC/CM services. The Request for Qualifications documents are available for access at BuildingConnected (www.buildingconnected.com).  Please submit any questions via email to peggy.wang@skanska.com.
