Project: Verlo Playfield Floor Ball & Multipurpose Court  Small Works Roster Bid No. J2024-14

The Metropolitan Park District of Tacoma will receive bids for Verlo Playfield Floor Ball & Multipurpose Court Project, Bid J2024-14 at the office of Business Administrative & Planning, Metropolitan Park District of Tacoma, 4702 S. 19th St., Tacoma, WA 98405 until 11:00 AM on Monday, June 3, 2024. Bids received after the appointed time set for receipt will be considered non-responsive. All work completed for the Metropolitan Park District will be considered a public works project with prevailing wage documentation required.

Scope of Work: The project includes but is not limited to; renovation of existing sport court. This includes asphalt resurfacing, sport equipment install, sport court striping, concrete pavement, and re-seeding as defined within the contract documents and accepted alternatives.

Estimate: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00

Time of Completion: 60 Calendar days

Liquidated Damages: $250 per day
