Notice is hereby given that the City of Bellingham (the “City”) invites qualified photographers to answer a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Professional Photography Services to be utilized on an “as needed” basis for a variety of events, projects, and publications.

The successful firms or individuals must have extensive experience in commercial photography, with public agency/sector experience preferred but not required. Selected photographer will be asked to capture numerous images of the city at the direction of staff on a project-by-project basis.

The Purchasing Office located at 2221 Pacific St., Bellingham, WA 98229 must receive sealed proposals no later than 11:00 AM on March 10, 2022. The sealed proposals will be opened and read after the 11:00 AM deadline. The City reserves the right to postpone making the award for a reasonable length of time, to reject all proposals or parts of proposals as may be in the best interest of the City.
