Public Utility District No. 1 of Snohomish County is requesting proposals from firms who can provide for an on-premises ADMS Solution (SCADA, OMS, DMS), Mobility Solution, EMS Solution and Historian Solution.

The replacement of the ADMS, SCADA, DMS, and OMS systems are covered by a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) grant. The replacement of the Mobility, EMS, and Historian systems are not covered by the DOE grant and will require separate contracts and pricing from the DOE grant awarded systems listed above.

There will be a Vendor Pre-Proposal meeting on Monday, December 18, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. (Everett, WA local time).  Instructions to call into this meeting are provided in the RFP documents.  There will be no physical meeting.
