North Thurston Public Schools No. 3 (NTPS) is seeking proposals for contract services for Substitute Sign Language Interpreters for the 2025-2026 school year to serve its students.   

Contracts for services will begin on September 1, 2025, and end on August 31, 2026.  Contracts may be extended by NTPS at its option for four (4) additional contract years. 

Agencies interested in submitting a proposal for this contract may obtain Request for Proposal (RFP) documents by contacting North Thurston Public Schools, Financial Services Department, 305 College Street NE, Lacey, WA 98516, (360) 412-4443 or emailing the Purchasing Department at purchasing@ntps.org.  

Questions regarding the RFP may be addressed to Sherri Skramstad in the Financial Services Department at (360) 412-4443; sskramstad@ntps.org. until July 23, 2025. 

Proposals must be submitted to the Financial Services Department, North Thurston Public Schools, at the mailing address shown above or by emailing it to purchasing@ntps.org with the subject line Substitute Sign Language Interpreters.  To ensure consideration, proposals must be received on or before 12:00pm, July 30, 2025. The anticipated date of award is August 12, 2025.

North Thurston Public Schools reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, to waive irregularities and/or informalities in the request for proposal process and to award contracts which in their judgment are in the best interest of NTPS.
