In September, 2022, WTIA Workforce Institute (Apprenti) was awarded a grant from the U.S. Department of Commerce for the Good Job Challenge to scale tech apprenticeships in the Cloud and Aerospace & Aviation sectors. As we near the one year mark of our grant award, we have honed in on the full breadth and depth of our scope.

Over the course of the grant term, Apprenti plans to use the proposed funds to place 2,000 apprentices, from mostly underrepresented groups, into high demand technical roles in the Cloud and Aerospace & Aviation sectors. To meet these goals, Apprenti has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Related Technical Instruction in all Apprenti Occupations.
