Lakehaven Water and Sewer District is soliciting proposals from qualified data management firms for bill printing and delivery services for a three-year period beginning January 2023.

The packet contains submittal requirements, evaluation criteria, and the District’s standard form of agreement for bill printing and delivery services. A packet must be requested no later than 2:00 p.m., Local Time, Thursday, September 29, 2022.

In order to be considered, a complete Proposal must be received by the District no later than:

10:00 a.m., Local Time,Wednesday, October 5, 2022.

District selection, if any, of a bill printing and delivery services provider will be based on the proposed cost of services, the District’s evaluation of the submitted proposal, and verification of references provided.
