The Washington Department of Commerce is initiating this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit Proposals from those qualified and interested in participating in a project to develop a database for reporting required by the Buy Clean and Buy Fair law (RCW 39.116.040). Data submittals will include new building construction project details, environmental product disclosures (EPDs) for covered building materials, data about the manufacturers that supply materials for the project, and other information as specified by RCW 39.116.020.
