Request for Proposals for Fiber-to-the-Home Construction Management, Tech Support and Fiber Mapping using Vetro Fiber software

The Port of Clarkston (WA) is seeking proposals for construction management, technical support and Vetro Fiber mapping for its Fiber-to-the-Home project for Grantham Elementary Service Area Fiber-to-the-Home from interested parties. 

Proposals must be in writing and address each of the elements covered in the detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) found at www.portofclarkston.com. Submittals should be delivered per instructions by 3 pm, December 12, 2022.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate the qualifications necessary to fully, properly and timely carry out all of the obligations described in the RFP.

Decisions will be made on qualifications and cost. Rejection of proposals may occur if a bidder is not responsible or responsive or has a conflict of interest. All firms must be licensed in the State of Washington to conduct business and must not be debarred or suspended.
