The Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) is initiating this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from Consultants interested in leading a project to create a hybrid integrated public education agency conference that combines Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), Special Education, Teaching and Learning, and Student Supports content for a variety of audiences, including general education teachers, special education teachers, school and district administrators, and Educational Staff Associates (ESAs). A hybrid conference will have some participants attend online, while some participants and presenters will attend in person.
