The City of Snohomish is soliciting proposals from Washington state licensed brokers to perform real estate broker/agent services. Proposals must be received no later than 4:00 PM (Pacific Time) on July 8. 2025.  Email a PDF copy of the proposal to rfp@snohomishwa.gov.   Include “Real Estate Broker/Agent Services Proposal” in the email subject line.  Late proposals will not be considered. 

The RFP and City’s Professional Services Agreement are on the City’s webpage at www.snohomishwa.gov/procurement. The successful consultant(s) will be required to sign the City’s Professional Services Agreement. The City will not sign any company’s service agreement, contract, or other form of agreement.

Consultants must be licensed to conduct business in the State of Washington. Consultant must comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, provide equal opportunity employment, and shall not discriminate against client, employee, or applicant for employment, or for services because of race, creed, color, religion, national origin, marital status, sex, sexual orientation, age or handicap.
