Request for Qualifications - 3rd Ave & Division St. Signalization #2598
The City of Yakima is inviting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms interested in providing professional engineering design and preparing any needed environmental documentation for the S. 3rd Avenue and Division Street intersection signalization project. Work will include surveying, preparing the signalization design, plans and specifications. The City of Yakima may, at their discretion, add construction engineering and management services as a part of this contract.
These improvements are intended to be constructed in 2024.
SOQs shall be limited to ten (10) pages and shall include the following information: key personnel, firm experience with PS&E, familiarity with WSDOT standards, signalized intersection design experience, and experience with local agency funded projects. Please submit three (3) copies of the Statement of Qualifications. Statement of Qualifications will be evaluated on a competitive basis using the above criteria. The City will score the received Statement of Qualifications and may conduct interviews.
SOQs shall be received at Yakima City Hall by 11:00 a.m., November 22nd, 2023, to the Office of the City Clerk, 129 N. 2nd Street, Yakima, WA 98901. Questions regarding the SOQ should be directed to Bill Preston, Yakima City Engineer at (509) 576-6754, Bill.Preston@yakimawa.gov.
