The Seattle School District No.1 (District) is requesting qualifications from Architectural and/or Engineering (A&E) firms interested in providing professional services for six (6) projects with a combined estimated construction cost of approximately $15.7M at six District schools and locations. Required services will include preliminary design, preparation of construction documents, and construction administration. The District intends to engage two or more architectural and/or engineering firms with appropriate civil, landscape, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical experience and cost estimating capabilities as needed to complete the identified projects. Selected architectural and/or engineering firms can provide requested services as either an inter-disciplinary firm or as a lead firm with sub consultants.
