Okanogan County Transit Authority (OCTA) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified architectural and engineering (A&E) firms to provide professional services related to the planning, siting, design, project management, and development of construction documents for future OCTA facilities.

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:

• Site analysis and selection assistance

• Master planning

• Conceptual and schematic design

• Design development and construction documents

• Permitting support

• Cost estimating

• Construction administration services

Interested firms must demonstrate experience with FTA-related projects for public transit or transportation facilities and knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Statements of Qualifications must be received by June 12, 2025 at 3:00 PM PST. Submittals received after this date and time will not be considered. OCTA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, and select the firm that best meets its needs.
