Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the 14th Street Cargo Dock Condition Assessment & Rehabilitation Analysis
The Port of Clarkston (Port) invites qualified consultants to submit their statement of qualifications (SOQ) for the 14th Street Cargo Dock Condition Assessment & Rehabilitation Analysis (Project). Consultants must have the skills and experience in providing marine facility assessment, project management, conceptual engineering, cost estimating, scheduling, design, plans and specifications.
Submittal must be in writing and address each of the elements covered in the RFQ. The complete RFQ can be found at www.portofclarkston.com. Submittals should be delivered or emailed per the instructions by 4:00pm March 21, 2025.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate the qualifications necessary to fully, properly and timely carry out all of the obligations described in the RFQ.
