REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS: RFQ 325-421 Klickitat Trail Segment Renovation

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to select a consultant team for design development, contract documents, permitting, bidding assistance, construction contract administration and project closeout for trail renovations on a 1 mile section of the 31-mile multi-use Klickitat State Park Trail located near the town of Klickitat. The project will enhance safety and usability on an unimproved section of a former railroad grade multi-use trail, which is in close proximity to the shoulder of highway 142.

EXPECTED TIME PERIOD FOR CONTRACT: The period of performance of any contract(s) resulting from this RFQ is TBD.

AVAILABILITY OF DOCUMENTS: The RFQ, including any amendments, will be available through WEBS Bid Opportunities, which is Washington's Electronic Business Solution. Consultants are responsible for registering properly in the WEBS system and downloading the RFQ document and all appendices and incorporated documents related to this RFQ. Copies of this RFQ are also available to Consultants through https://parks.wa.gov/about/contact-us/contracting-opportunities/state-purchasing and may be used at the Consultant's discretion. Notification of any RFQ addenda, amendments or Consultant’s questions and answers will only be provided to Consultants who have registered with WEBS and have downloaded the RFQ from WEBS. Failure to do so may result in a Consultant having incomplete, inaccurate, or otherwise inadequate information.
