Request for Qualifications (RFQ) - Grant Management and Brownfield Consulting Services
The City of Olympia (City) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms interested in providing professional environmental services to support implementation of Olympia’s U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Brownfield Assessment Grant and Brownfield Redevelopment Program to be awarded in 2022.
The Request for Qualifications and any subsequent addendums will be available on Builders Exchange of Washington, under Goods and Services, at www.bxwa.com.
The consultant shall comply with the Regulations Relative to Nondiscrimination in Federally-Assisted Programs of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 7, as they may be amended from time to time, which are incorporated into and made a part of this RFQ.
The City of Olympia encourages disadvantaged, minority, and women-owned consultant firms to respond.
The deadline for this RFQ is 4:00 p.m., Friday, September 16, 2022. Earlier responses are welcome.
Only electronic proposals will be accepted.
Questions related to this RFQ must be submitted in writing to Mike Reid, Economic Development Director, by email at mreid@ci.olympia.wa.us. The verbiage “2022 Grant Management and Brownfield Consulting Services RFP” must be included in the subject line of the email. Questions via telephone will not be accepted. All questions to this RFQ must be received by 4:00 p.m. Pacific Local Time on Tuesday, September 6, 2022. Questions received after this date may not be answered. All submitted questions will be addressed via addendum.
