The Lake Washington School District (LWSD) is accepting proposals from architectural firms to provide A/E services.

Project Description: LWSD is hiring architectural and engineering (A/E) services for an upcoming upgrade and modernization of the existing fieldhouse and community pool at Juanita High School.  The Juanita High School building was replaced in 2020, while the community pool and fieldhouse building was built in 1970. LWSD is seeking funding approval from voters this fall to upgrade and modernize the building for use by current and future generations. Project kick off is planned for November 2024, pending successful passing of the funding measure. LWSD fully embraces the principles of collaboration and integrated project delivery that emphasize a cooperative approach to problem solving.

SOQs will be submitted electronically via Bonfire and must be received by 12:00 P.M. PST on Tuesday, June 25, 2024.

Interested parties must register with Bonfire to view and download RFQ documents, submit RFIs and upload SOQ documents.
