Project Description: This project provides the improvement of US 2 & US 97 around Leavenworth, WA and on Blewett Pass by way of planing and HMA paving to include bridge deck removal and repair, guardrail, crack sealing and new pavement markings.

Scope of Work:

• Bridge Deck Removal and Repair: The removal of the existing bridge deck surfacing and waterproofing membrane and the subsequent repair of non-compliant bridge deck surfacing.
• Pavement Marking: The removal of any required existing pavement striping or markings and new placement of pavement markings on the finished roadway.
• Guardrail: The removal and/or raising of any existing guardrail, and the placement of new guardrail and guardrail components as identified in the locations within the project plans.
• Traffic Control: Traffic Control Services to include Class A Signs, PCMS, Flaggers, TCS, Traffic Control Laborers, and any other traffic control elements and/or services required by the project documents.
• Underground Utilities: Storm sewer pipe and storm culvert pipe. Connection to Drainage Structure, Lower and Adjust Manhole, Lower and Adjust Catch Basin, Lower and Adjust Valve Box.
• Electrical: Traffic signal and pedestrian signal improvements.
• Concrete: Cement Conc. Traffic Curb and Gutter, Cement Conc. Pedestrian Curb, Extruded Curb, Cement Conc. Sidewalk, Cement Conc. Curb Ramp, Detectable Warning Surface
