Request for Proposals

The Port of Benton is requesting proposals from individuals/firms with demonstrated experience to develop and recommend a financial reserve and reserve policy.

The port would like a study to be conducted of Port operations and financial status in order to determine what reserve funds should be established as well as recommended ranges each reserve fund should maintain. The Port also desires a draft Reserve Policy.
