Project Descriptions and Scope of work includes:
The Work includes enlarging and renovating one set of restrooms on Concourse D of the terminal building. The work involves demolishing the existing restrooms, erecting a new structure over a drive lane (as an addition to the building), and reconfiguring the restrooms. New plumbing, fixtures, tile, flooring, iconic entrances and miscellaneous finishes are included in the scope of work.

PCL Construction Services, Inc is an Equal Opportunity Employer and request sub‐bids from all contractors and suppliers including Minority, Women, Disadvantage/Disabled Veterans and Emerging Small Business Enterprises for the following scopes of work: demo of existing building, relocate buildings, demo existing utilities, excavate and shore portions of new building, supply and install new steel, composite panels, CIP concrete service, pit and wash area, supply and install new rail track, structural CMU building and pre‐engineered metal building structure, metal siding and roof, sound walls, finish scopes, 55 ton hoist crane, HVAC, fire protection, light industrial plumbing, electrical. There is a 15% DBE and 20% Small Business goal for this project.

DBE and Small Business firms are highly encouraged to access www.bxwa.com PCL Construction/Projects Bidding. PCL is available to assist interested firms in obtaining adequate information about the contract plans, specifications and requirements for this project. PCL is available to discuss breaking the work into economically feasible units to maximize the opportunity for participation by DBE firms on this project and encourage DBE firms to follow up with our estimator as early as possible, to engage in discussion about the scope of work they are capable of providing.
