This is a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) project.

Description of Work:  Renovation of airport restrooms - Includes restrooms near gates, B-3, C-16, D-1, D-3, D-11.  Existing restrooms at B-3, C-16, D-11, will be renovated to women’s/men’s restrooms with 2 family restrooms.  D-3 restrooms will be converted to a series of family restrooms.  D-1 restrooms will be converted to an amenities suite which will include an animal relief area, nursing suite, lactation room and family restrooms.

Subcontractor/supplier opportunities include (but not limited to):  Construction cleaning, demolition, structural modifications, millwork, GWB assemblies, tile, flooring, glass entrances, accessories and miscellaneous finishes, MEP.
