Solicitation Type: RFI

Purpose: The Washington Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS), Division of Child Support (DCS) will apply for a federal grant expected to be available through the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF) Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE). The purpose of the grant will be to collect and analyze data on how digital marketing may help the child support program more effectively reach and serve families. The program will be expected to test digital marketing approaches and partnerships for outreach to families that could benefit from child support services. This will include creating or improving two-way digital communication and engagement with parents. The goal of the potential project is to increase the number of parents applying for DCS services through modernization of communication methods, increased outreach and digital marketing efforts. DSHS needs to obtain information on parties that may be interested in participating if grant is awarded.
