Request for Information No. RFI072345: Seattle Public Schools Classroom Management for Seattle Public Schools’ Department of Technology Services

Seattle Public Schools (“District” or “SPS”) Department of Technology Services (DoTS) is requesting this Request for Information (RFI) from qualified firms to provide a cloud-based or on-premises classroom management and teaching platform to enhance digital learning opportunities for students.

The Request for Information will be available starting on July 18, 2023 at Builders Exchange of Washington, Inc.  RFI documents associated addenda and Bidders List are available at no charge at the Builders Exchange, Inc. on-line Plan Center (www.bxwa.com).  To access documents on-line with Builders Exchange, go to “bxwa.com” and click on “Posted Projects,” “Goods and Services,” and “Seattle Public Schools Goods and Services.” It is recommended that bidders “Register as a Bidder” in order to receive automatic email notification of future addenda, to download addenda, and to be placed on the “Bidders List.”  Proposers who do not register will not be automatically notified of addenda and will need to periodically check the on-line plan room for addenda issued for this project.
