Request for Proposal No. RFP05867: Environmental Land Use Consultant for Placement of Portables at Schmitz Park Elementary School

The Seattle School District No.1 (District) is requesting proposals for an Environmental Land Use Consultant(s) to prepare documents required by the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) for the State of Washington. This is in relation to the placement of approximately ten (10) portables at Schmitz Park Elementary School in the City of Seattle. Additional relocation of portables at other school sites, may be identified at a later to be determined date.

The Request for Proposal will be available starting on May 15, 2018 at Builders Exchange of Washington, Inc. RFP documents associated addenda and Bidders List are available at no charge at the Builders Exchange, Inc. on-line Plan Center (www.bxwa.com). To access documents on-line with Builders Exchange, go to “bxwa.com” and click on “Posted Projects,” “Goods and Services,” and “Seattle Public Schools Goods and Services.” It is recommended that bidders “Register as a Bidder” in order to receive automatic email notification of future addenda, to download addenda, and to be placed on the “Bidders List.” Proposers who do not register will not be automatically notified of addenda and will need to periodically check the on-line plan room for addenda issued for this project.
