RFP 10439 Archaeological Onsite Monitoring (FPUD)

NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

FOR ARCHEOLOGICAL ONSITE MONITORING SERVICES

Public Utility District No. 1 of Franklin County (Project Owner) is seeking proposals for archeological onsite monitoring services from interested parties for its Washington State Broadband Office (WSBO) funded project to build fiber infrastructure for the Connell and Basin City Fiber-To-The-Home Project (Project). The Project may require some underground construction due to lack of poles or access to the existing poles. The architecture foundation area will start in and around the City of Pasco heading North to the City of Connell and Basin City. All cities are located in Franklin County, Washington.

Proposals must be in writing and address each of the elements outlined in the Request for Proposal No. 10439 (RFP).   Submittals should be mailed to P.O. Box 2407, Pasco, Washington 99302-2407 or emailed to purchasing@franklinpud.com by Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.  Proposals received after that date shall be considered subject to the acceptance of a prior received proposal. Faxed submissions will not be accepted. 

The Project Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to waive any irregularity.   The terms of any final contract will be established by negotiation. The Project Owner reserves the right to terminate negotiations for any reason.  Applicants must be able to demonstrate the qualifications necessary to fully, properly, and timely carry out all of the obligations described in the RFP.
